Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all HAYA tags still attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while our team processes your refund or replacement.
